Justin Bieber to David Letterman: I Could Smell a Weasel

Justin Bieber taped a segment with David Letterman yesterday -- where the two teamed up to TRASH his alleged baby mama ... with Justin telling Dave, "I could smell a weasel, too."
Bieber proceeded to tell Letterman all about the process of supplying DNA for the paternity test -- saying, "Yeah, I took it ... They just swab your mouth."
Now, it's up to his alleged baby mama Mariah Yeater to supply her kid's DNA for comparison -- but Justin's not confident it will be a match ... telling Letterman, "I could smell a weasel."
As TMZ first reported, Yeater's lawyer insists she will gladly offer up her baby for DNA testing.
Jack Wagner -- United with Long Lost Daughter ... He Never Knew He Had One

Soap legend Jack Wagner has a 23-year-old daughter ... and he had NO IDEA -- that is, until earlier this month ... when the two came face-to-face for the first time at a concert in Florida.
The girl's name is Carrie, and her mother -- who had a fling with Jack back in the '80s -- gave her up for adoption soon after she was born.
Sources tell TMZ, Carrie -- who grew up in NYC with her foster parents -- hired a private investigator to track down her biological p-units, and the P.I. led her to a concert in Boca Raton, Florida, where Jack was performing with Rick Springfield.
Carrie caught Jack right before he went on stage -- and according to sources, she gave Jack the full story and the two shared a tearful embrace. Jack was so smitten, he invited Carrie to another show the next day ... and introduced her to the entire audience (above).
According to sources, the two have been inseparable ever since -- Jack has even invited Carrie to spend Thanksgiving with him and his two sons. Sadly, Heather Locklear will not be present.

T.I. Goes Cold Turkey for Charity
A newly freed T.I. gave thanks in Atlanta yesterday ... in the form of 300 delicious turkeys -- which the rapper generously handed out during a charity drive for children in need.The photos were taken at The Carrie Steele-Pitts Home -- a childcare agency for abused and neglected children -- and sources close to the rapper tell TMZ, T.I. chose to give back at the institution because he had a rough childhood himself ... and wants to instill a sense of family in the kids.
T.I. tells us, "It's an honor and a pleasure to be able to be there and serve those who need me most in the community."

Wodka Vodka -- Anti-Semitic Billboard PULLED For Being Anti-Semitic
Some dumbass at the Wodka Vodka company thought he could post a billboard reading, "Christmas Quality, Hanukkah Pricing" ... and everything would be cool. He was wrong.
The billboard -- posted in New York -- was taken down after the company received scores of phone calls and complaints from the Anti-Defamation League.
A rep for the ADL released a statement saying, "In a crude and offensive way of trying to make a point that their vodka is high quality and inexpensive, the billboards evoke a Jewish holiday to imply something that is cheap and of lesser value when compared to the higher value of a Christian holiday."
The rep added the billboard "reinforces anti-Semitic stereotypes.”
According to the Washington Post, the guy in charge of the moronic campaign is Brian Gordon -- who says he is Jewish and didn't intend to offend anyone ... explaining the billboard was supposed to convey that Hanukkah is an "understated" holiday.
Judge to Selena Gomez -- Sorry, No Permanent Protection ... For Now

The judge has thrown Selena Gomez a temporary lifeline ... but he's not willing to pull her to shore.
Moments ago, the judge in Selena's alleged stalker case refused to hear the singer's request for a permanent restraining order because Thomas Brodnicki -- who's temporarily in the looney bin -- was unable to appear in court.
Gomez' lawyer mentioned to the judge he could have contacted the court when he was free, but Brodnicki chose to speak with TMZ instead ... so it was his choice whether to contact the court.
Nevertheless, the judge was not moved ... and ruled he would not issue a permanent restraining order until Brodnicki has his day in court
In the meantime, the judge has extended the temporary restraining order so she still has some fleeting protection.
The judges ruling was bizarre because other judges regularly issue permanent restraining orders ... even when the alleged stalker is not in court.
The next hearing is scheduled for Jan. 6.
Larry Flynt -- $10,000 Reward for Capture of Hustler Employee's Killer

A good friend of Larry Flynt's -- and a longtime employee of Hustler -- was killed in a hit-and-run accident Monday morning ... and now, Flynt is offering $10,000 to anyone who can help track down the killer.
A rep for Hustler tells TMZ, the victim -- a man named Larry Hughes -- was crossing the street in L.A. when a white Ford Mustang ran him over ... and then sped away from the scene. Hughes was rushed to a nearby hospital where he later died from his injuries.
The rep tells us, "It is unconscionable that a human being could strike a man down and simply drive away ... We are committed to helping to find the person responsible and seeing that he or she is brought to justice."
In addition to offering a reward, Flynt is urging anyone with any information to contact the LAPD stat.
Former 'Sex Rehab' Star Duncan Roy -- I Didn't EXTORT Anyone!!!

The former "Sex Rehab with Dr. Drew" star who's accused of attempting to extort a mystery victim in a threatening letter appeared in an L.A. courtroom today and pled not guilty to the crime ... TMZ has learned.
TMZ broke the story ... Duncan Roy -- who directed the 2002 indy hit "AKA" -- was arrested last week for felony attempted extortion.
It's still unclear who Roy allegedly tried to extort -- and what he allegedly demanded.
Today, Roy's lawyer argued that as a movie maker with two projects in the
works, Roy should be granted bail so that his employees can keep working. The judge obliged -- and set Roy's bail at $35,000 ... though Roy has yet to be released.
Roy is due back in court December 2nd.
Auction House -- Sharon Tate Ring Is LEGIT, We Have Proof

The auction house behind the controversial Sharon Tate "engagement ring" tells TMZ ... it has written confirmation from Roman Polanski verifying the authenticity of the jewelry ... and claims it WILL NOT yank the item from the auction block.
TMZ broke the story ... Sharon's sister Debra insisted the ring wasn't Sharon's "official" engagement ring -- and also claimed it was NOT on her finger the night she was murdered by the Manson family.
But a rep for the auction house GottaHaveRockAndRoll.com tells us, "It was speculated that the ring was on Sharon Tate's finger at the time of death but never confirmed so we do not dispute Tate's sister Debra's claim."
The rep adds, "We do, however, have photographic proof of Tate wearing the ring (seen above) and written confirmation from Roman Polanski stating that this was, in fact, the engagement ring that he gifted to his then-fiancee, Sharon Tate."
"Gotta Have It! along with the consigner are 100% confident in the authenticity of the ring. There are no plans to pull the ring from the Gotta Have Rock and Roll Pop Culture auction as the consigner, who maintains ownership of the ring, is committed to its sale."
Currently, the ring is scheduled to hit the auction block on November 30.
'G.I. Joe' -- Crew Member Dies After Accident On Set
A crew member working on the set of the movie "G.I. Joe 2: Retaliation" died yesterday after an accident on the New Orleans set ... TMZ has learned.
Officials at Paramount Pictures confirm ... the crew member was working on tearing down the set, when something went terribly wrong.
Sources connected to the production tell us ... the man was working on a high-powered scissor lift, when the machine tipped over and the man sustained fatal injuries.
Paramount released a statement saying, "Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with the [crew member's] family at this time."
The statement continues, "The safety of our cast and crew is our top priority and the studio is fully cooperating with all investigating agencies as they examine the circumstances surrounding this unusual accident.”

Natalie Wood Investigation -- Expert Says Captain's Polygraph May be Worthless

Captain Dennis Davern passed a lie detector test on the details he remembers about Natalie Wood's death -- only problem is ... Davern was wasted the night she died ... so the results may be worthless.
Davern reportedly took the polygraph exam back in 2008 to prove he was telling the truth about his recollections the night Wood died -- specifically, that Robert Wagner allegedly told him not to call the Coast Guard and to cover up what really happened on the boat.
Famed polygraph expert Dr. Edward Gelb tells TMZ ... Davern's "passing" only means he is being truthful about what he remembers -- "If you believed something occurred, you would run truthful. It doesn't
mean it happened ... it means the subject believes it happened."
What Davern believes and what really happened may be 2 different stories ... because he admitted (below) he was drinking heavily -- scotch and wine -- the night Natalie drowned.
By the way, even if someone is charged with Natalie's death ... the polygraph results would not be admissible in the trial, although it's highly unlikely this case would ever end up in court.
Sugarland Lawsuit -- You Could Have PREVENTED Deadly Concert Disaster

The country duo Sugarland is being sued by dozens of people who claim they were injured in a devastating stage collapse at a concert in Indiana earlier this year ... all because the band allegedly failed to cancel the show when they KNEW the weather was getting bad.
More than 40 people -- including the estates of people who died in the accident -- filed the suit against the band in Indiana ... claiming the members of Sugarland had the authority to cancel the show because of bad weather.
According to the docs, Sugarland "failed" to call it off ... putting the fans in grave danger.
Moments before the performance on August 13, powerful winds blew in and
knocked over the stage -- killing 7 people and injuring more than 45.
Sugarland isn't the only defendant in the lawsuit -- the alleged victims are also demanding unspecified damages from concert promoter Live Nation, ESG Security and the stagehands’ union.

Chopper Crash In New Zealand During XMas Tree Event -- Pilot LIVES!
A helicopter pilot is lucky to be alive today ... after his bird went down while attempting to set up a massive Christmas Tree in New Zealand this morning ... and the whole thing was caught on tape.
According to reports, the blades got tangled in some cables ... knocking the chopper into a tailspin ... and then the whole thing came crashing down to the ground.
Miraculously, nobody on the ground was injured.

Conrad Murray -- Prosecutor Wants Maximum Sentence in Michael Jackson Trial

The prosecutor in the Conrad Murray manslaughter case will ask Judge Michael Pastor to sentence the doctor to the maximum -- 4 years in State Prison ... TMZ has learned.
The D.A. just filed legal docs with the judge for the sentencing on Tuesday.
As we have already told you ... even if Murray gets 4 years, he will not spend a single day in prison because of a new California law. He will go to L.A. County Jail, where a 4-year sentence would be whittled down to 2 years. And, on top of that, Murray would be eligible for house arrest.
As we already reported ... Murray's lawyers will ask the judge to place him on probation.
D.A. Wants Conrad Murray to Pay More than $100 MILLION to MJ's Kids!!!

Prosecutors in the Conrad Murray manslaughter case are asking Judge Michael Pastor to order the doc to pay Michael Jackson's children more than $100 million for their loss.
According to new court docs filed by the D.A., Michael Jackson's kids are "entitled to wages or profits lost due to injury incurred by the victim."
Prosecutors say MJ's 3 kids are victims under the law, and are entitled to restitution from Dr. Murray ... which include wages, lost profits and funeral expenses. The D.A. cites a letter from the MJ Estate, estimating Michael would have made $100 million in revenue from the "This Is It" tour.
As we first reported, the D.A. is also seeking the maximum punishment -- 4 years in State Prison. The D.A. says they are seeking the max because Murray was "risking Mr. Jackson's life every night" by administering Propofol. And the D.A. says, MJ was a "particularly vulnerable victim." And the D.A. says, Murray lied and covered-up his crime.
Paris' Bro Conrad Hilton's Car Crash -- Alcohol, Marijuana in the Car
Conrad Hilton -- Paris Hilton's 17-year-old brother who crashed into a parked car last weekend -- was driving with wine bottles, zig zag papers and a bottle of medical marijuana in his vehicle.
TMZ broke the story and posted surveillance video of Conrad slamming into the car in Brentwood, CA., at 12:45 AM Saturday, after leaving a nightclub in West Hollywood.
Hilton left the scene after exchanging information before cops arrived on scene. Cops told TMZ Hilton would not be cited or arrested. And Hilton's dad, Rick, told TMZ the accident occurred as his son tried to avoid a dog in the road.
But now we've obtained photos of Hilton's car after the crash, which show a bottle of medical cannabis, zig zag papers and 2 unopened wine bottles.
A neighbor who was first on the scene tells TMZ ... "He was taking a piss in the driveway of my neighbor ... he said, 'I'm sorry sir. I am drunk and I have done a very stupid thing.'" The neighbor adds, Hilton pleaded for him not to call the police or his parents.
The neighbor says he asked Hilton why he was driving drunk, and he said, "Because I'm a f**k-up. You cannot call my parents. They're on vacation, I'm 17 and out past curfew."
The neighbor says Hilton "smelled of weed and alcohol and his eyes were bloodshot."
And there's this ... The neighbor says Hilton dangled his wrist in front of him and said, "See this bracelet. It costs $11,000. I can pay for everything." Another neighbor confirmed the story.
The neighbor says someone in a BMW came by, picked Hilton up, and drove away.
Cops tell us ... there's nothing they can do once someone leaves the scene, because there's no way of proving the items inside the car weren't placed there after Hilton left. As for Hilton leaving, cops say he did so legally, because he left the appropriate identifying information.
