Miami Heat star Chris Bosh adamantly denies sabotaging his baby mama's career on "Basketball Wives," TMZ has learned -- months after she accused him of turning the show's producers against her.
As we previously reported, Bosh's ex Allison Mathis claims she had brokered a $250,000 deal with "BW" producers to appear on the show -- but Bosh threatened to sue if that happened, so the producers caved ... and axed Allison after she had already taped two episodes.
But Bosh claims it's all BS -- firing back with his own legal docs in Orange County, Florida ... insisting it's not his fault producers decided to cut Allison from the show.
According to Bosh, whatever he may or may not have said to producers ... his intention was never to ruin Allison's career -- he was merely "acting to protect his own economic or financial interests."
As a result, Bosh insists he shouldn't have to pay Allison squat for the entire ordeal -- and wants a judge to trash her lawsuit.
Calls to Allison's attorney were not returned.

Rachel Uchitel is making up some MAJOR ground on the millions she gave back to Tiger Woods -- TMZ has learned she just raked in a $330,000 profit after flipping her NYC apartment.
Uchitel bought the swanky 3-bedroom Park Avenue pad last year for $1.62 mil -- renovated the place -- and put it up for sale because she had a gut feeling the time was right.
Turns out Rachel has one helluva gut -- because she just closed a deal to sell the place for $1.95 mil ... not bad considering the real estate market isn't exactly booming at the moment.
We're told Rachel is pretty fired up about the deal -- and plans to reinvest in more real estate in the hopes of hitting the jackpot all over again.

Michael Jackson's mom has personally reached out to some of the biggest music stars in the world in the hopes of getting them to perform at the big MJ tribute show in October ... but only ONE of them is a definite YES ... TMZ has learned.
Sources connected to the concert tell us ... Jay-Z, Kanye West, Cee Lo, Chris Brown, Justin Bieber, Christina Aguilera, Usher and Bruno Mars have each received an invitation (pictured above) from Katherine Jackson ... asking them to perform 1 or 2 of their favorite MJ songs in Cardiff, Wales on Oct. 8.
Katherine promises each star who signs on will be provided with "first class travel accommodations."
We're told Chris Brown, Justin Bieber and Bruno Mars have each respectfully declined the invite due
to scheduling conflicts ... however, Christina and Kanye are leaning towards "Yes."
As for the one person who's already signed on the dotted line -- sources tell us Cee Lo from Gnarls Barkley was quick to commit.
Tickets to the event have not gone on sale yet -- but promoters say they will become available once a complete line-up is booked.
Batman Stunt GONE WRONG -- Catwoman Crushes Camera

The budget for "Batman: The Dark Knight Rises" might have just jumped up another six figures -- because last Friday, Catwoman's stunt double BARRELED through a super-expensive IMAX camera ... and TMZ has the crushing footage.It's unclear who messed up -- the stunt-double or the cameraman -- but either way, the camera appeared to be blown to smithereens.
It was all shot outside some building at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh -- which, we're told, is supposed to be Gotham City Hall in the movie.
Thankfully, no one was hurt -- and with a budget of $250 MILLION ... a broken camera's just a drop in the bucket.
Sources close to production tell us both the camera and the cameraman were not injured during the incident -- but if you look closely, you can SEE camera shrapnel ... and fixing those things ain't cheap!
A rep for Warner Bros. had no comment.

'Teen Mom' Jenelle Evans Arrested

"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans is in trouble with the law ... again ... after the 19-year-old was arrested for violating her probation in North Carolina yesterday.
Officials have not released any further details on Evans' arrest.
Evans was sentenced to 12 months probation after pleading guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia back in April.
6:20 AM: Jenelle's lawyer tells TMZ ... Evans had a meeting with her parole officer yesterday and tested positive for marijuana and opiates.
We're told Evans was arrested and placed behind bars on $10,000 bond ... but she was eventually released.
She's due back in court on August 24.
Gavin DeGraw -- Concussion, Broken Nose, Black Eyes

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... a dazed and confused Gavin DeGraw was
struck by a cab minutes after being assaulted in NYC Sunday night.
We're told a witness saw the cab strike the singer and called 911. When paramedics arrived, they observed facial injuries and Gavin was transported by ambulance to Bellevue Hospital.
Gavin's rep tells TMZ the singer is being treated for multiple serious injuries -- including a concussion, broken nose, black eyes, cuts and bruises.
TMZ broke the story ... Gavin was attacked by multiple assailants late Sunday night. It's unclear what motivated the attack.
The rep adds, "Police are conducting an investigation of the attack. Gavin and his family appreciate everyone's concern at this time. We have no information yet regarding his upcoming concert dates and promotion for his new album."
As for tonight's show in Saratoga Springs, NY -- TMZ has learned Gavin will be replaced by Nikki Jean. Maroon 5 and Train will perform as scheduled.
3:40 PM: Gavin is speaking out on Twitter for the first time since the incident ... but claims his memory's a little foggy, writing, "Hi my friends. Honestly, I don't remember much. I only know I can recover from here. Thank u all for your genuine concern. I love u guys."
3:13 PM: Gavin has been discharged from the hospital, according to his rep.
8:40 AM: An NYPD spokesperson claims DeGraw says he was attacked by 3 men at 3:00 AM Monday morning.
8:00 AM: A rep for Maroon 5 tells us, "The band was horrified to hear what happened to Gavin and sends their best wishes to him for a speedy recovery."
Charlie Sheen Fans Stick It To 'Men' Producers

Charlie Harper is gone ... but not forgotten -- especially by some die-hard Charlie Sheen supporters who have been slapping "Where's Charlie?" stickers all over L.A. in what seems to be a silent show of support for the former "Two and a Half Men" star.
The stickers began to appear on various street signs in L.A. within the last few days -- with most of the stickers showing up in the Mulholland area where Sheen lives.
We're told Sheen has seen the stickers and appreciates the message -- but doesn't support the vandalism.
So far, the identity of the sticky bandit remains a mystery.
'Teen Mom' Jenelle Evans Arrested for Hanging with Druggie BF

"Teen Mom" Jenelle Evans wasn't just arrested for alleged drug use yesterday -- she was also busted for getting too personal with her boyfriend Kieffer Delp ... "a known drug user."
As we previously reported, Jenelle allegedly violated her probation by testing positive for marijuana and opiates -- but the terms of her probation also prohibit her from "knowingly associating with any person or previously convicted users, possessors, or sellers of any illegal drugs."
And according to the North Carolina probation violation report, Jenelle's BF Kieffer Delp -- a "known drug user" -- fits that bill to a T.
It's no secret the two have been hanging out either -- as we previously reported, Kieffer was arrested in June for punching two people in front of a convenience store ... and Jenelle was right beside him.
According to the report, Jenelle is expected in court for a probation violation hearing on August 24 -- and funny enough ... Kieffer's due in court exactly a week later to face assault charges.
Shaq Wins Huge Victory in Sex Tape Controversy
Shaquille O'Neal indirectly won an enormous victory today ... after a judge threw out a case against 7 gang members who were accused of kidnapping a man in order to retrieve a sex tape of Shaq.
Robert Ross -- the alleged victim -- claimed he had a sex tape showing Shaq with multiple women at different times while he was still married to Shaunie O'Neal.
Ross claimed 7 gang members kidnapped him at the direction of Shaq and tried to beat him into submission so he would cough up the video.
Today in court -- in the middle of the preliminary hearing -- the D.A. shocked the courtroom, stating they no longer had confidence in Ross based on his testimony and his actions outside of court.
Lawyers for the 7 defendants asked the judge to immediately dismiss the case -- which is exactly what the judge did.
As for why the D.A. lost confidence in Ross, for starters, during his testimony in the prelim, he admitted he had lied about having a sex tape -- something Shaq had denied all along.

Kid -- Arrest Stems from Drunk Driving Case

Christopher "Kid" Reid was arrested for drunk driving back in 2010 -- but failed to show up for some very important court dates -- and that's why he was hauled to jail earlier today ... TMZ has learned.
According to court records obtained by TMZ, Kid was busted for DUI in L.A. on July 8, 2010. Tests showed his blood alcohol level was .15 -- nearly twice the legal limit in California.
The "House Party" star pled no contest to a drunk driving charge -- and was sentenced to 3 years probation, ordered to complete an alcohol education program, attend 10 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and pay more than $1,400 in fines and penalties.
But according to the docs, Kid failed to appear in front of the judge on TWO separate occasions -- when he was supposed to prove he completed his probation requirements ... and on July 25, 2011 a judge issued a warrant for his arrest.
Earlier today, LAPD officers went to Kid's home and took him into custody. We're told the rapper was "extremely cooperative."
Kid is still being held at an L.A. jail -- bail has been set at $26,000.
Sam Ronson -- Charged with DUI

Sam Ronson has been charged with misdemeanor DUI ... TMZ has learned -- this, after she was arrested last week while driving back from Las Vegas.
The San Bernardino County D.A. has charged Sam with two counts of DUI -- driving under the influence, and driving with a blood alcohol level over .08. The two charges are SOP.
If convicted, Sam faces a maximum of 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine, but first offenders almost always get probation.
'Kid' from Kid n' Play -- Arrested in L.A.

Christopher "Kid" Reid -- one half of the rap group Kid n' Play -- was arrested in Los Angeles earlier today ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us the 47-year-old rapper is currently in custody.
We're told LAPD officers went to Reid's home to take him into custody because there was an active warrant out for his arrest. So far, it's unclear why the warrant was issued in the first place.
Sources tell us Kid was "very cooperative" with the cops.
P-Funk Guitarist -- I'm Funk'd Without My Guitar!

The guitarist for George Clinton's famous Parliament-Funkadelic band says she's desperate to get her custom shredstick back after it was stolen last week -- and her HEALTH depends on it!!
Shaunna Hall tells TMZ ... the $5,000 guitar (pictured above) was stolen from the P-Funk tour bus, in Memphis, on August 5. But what REALLY sucks is ... the instrument was specifically designed to accommodate a painful physical affliction she sustained after a bad accident last year.
Hall says her neck and shoulder were injured in the accident -- and ever since the incident, traditional wood guitars are simply too heavy for her to play for several hours at a time.
We're told the custom guitar is made from carbon fiber -- weighing a mere 4.5 pounds -- which puts less stress on her sensitive neck and shoulder ... helping her endure performing a full concert.
Shaunna tells us -- she'll DEFINITELY offer a reward to anyone who returns the guitar ... no questions asked.
