Al Davis Suggests Beef W/ Al Michaels Is Over Bogus Adultery Claim

Oakland Raiders owner Al Davis believes Al Michaels secretly blames him for planting a FALSE news report about Michaels cheating on his wife a while back ... and suggests that's the REAL reason Michaels blasted him on TMZ over the weekend.

After the NFL announcer RIPPED Davis ... calling him a terrible owner who's probably gonna die soon ... Oakland Raiders P.R. Director Mike Taylor gave the following statement to TMZ:

"We have no idea what Michaels was blathering about.  I do remember Michaels being associated with an ultimately bogus report about adultery and other misdeeds and he thought Al Davis had something to do with it.  Al Davis had nothing to do with it."

"During the recent Raiders/Saints broadcast, Chris Collinsworth put Michaels in his place when Michaels was speaking about the Raiders.  John Madden did the same thing when he was in the booth with Michaels."

"We do not know what started this."

FYI -- The "report" Taylor is referring to was a radio station prank back in 1997 ... and as Taylor pointed out, there was NO TRUTH to the notion that Michaels ever committed adultery.

Ex-NHL All-Star Killed in Horrific Plane Crash

Former L.A. Kings hockey player Pavol Demitra -- a 3x NHL All-Star -- was one of 43 people killed when a plane carrying a Russian hockey team crashed outside of Moscow this morning.

Russian officials say TWO people on board survived the crash -- a crew member and a player named Alexander Galimov.

The plane was carrying a team called the "Lokomotiv Yaroslavl" -- which was en route to Belarus for the season opener -- when it crashed shortly after departing from an airport 150 miles outside of Moscow.


Several former NHL players are believed to have died in the crash along with 36-year-old Demitra -- including Karel Rachunek, Josef Vasicek, Brad McCrimmon, Igor Korolev and Alexander Karpovtsev.

It's unclear why the plane went down -- local reports say the weather was not a factor.

Toddlers and Tiaras Mom: Baby Hooker Outfit Is Harmless

The mother of the 3-year-old girl dressed as a prostitute on "Toddlers and Tiaras" tells TMZ, she's a good mom -- and insists "no harm was done to my child" by dressing her as a hooker.

Wendy Dickey tells us, her kid had no idea what she was dressed as anyway -- and the costume was "less revealing than gymnastics wear and swimsuits."

According to Wendy, the hooker outfit (below left) -- based on Julia Roberts' character from "Pretty Woman" -- "is a lot less harmful."

Wendy says she dressed her daughter as the "classy" Julia Roberts from the end of the movie as well (below right) -- but TLC edited that part out.


Wendy says, "I'm raising my child just as well as any mother does ... I take my kid to church every week ... at least I'm not forcing them into sports and getting my child injured like some parents."

Wendy adds, "People need to look at their own family and what they're doing. I don't know why people are focusing so much on pageant moms when there's much more harmful things people are letting their children do!"

Price Is Right Producers SUED for Sexual Harassment

A former "Price Is Right" model is suing two of the show's producers for sexual harassment -- claiming one even verbally accosted her in the dressing room ... while she was "naked and exposed."

Lanisha Cole, the longest tenured model on TPIR, filed the lawsuit today in L.A. County Superior Court, accusing producers Michael Richards and Adam Sandler -- coincidentally, NOT THE ACTORS -- of harassing and abusing her in the workplace.

On one occasion last year, according to Lanisha's lawyer, Sandler barged into her dressing room to berate her for not wearing a microphone -- and "at the time, she was completely naked and exposed, excepting a very sheer thong bikini underwear bottom."

According to her lawyer, Sandler proceeded to loudly chastise Lanisha in front of the other models "without even trying to turn away or avert his eyes from her nakedness."

Lanisha says she filed a formal complaint with the show's HR department weeks later -- but claims the show's production company brushed her off for months ... and ultimately did nothing about the alleged harassment. Lanisha says she quit in December.

Now, she wants payback -- seeking damages for wrongful termination, sexual harassment, false imprisonment, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Lanisha also makes it clear host Drew Carey has NOT been accused of any wrongdoing. Calls to TPIR haven't been returned.

Prosecution Witness -- Dr. Murray's Conduct ... 'Egregious and Unconscionable'

A prosecution witness will testify ... Dr. Conrad Murray committed  "multiple egregious and unconscionable violations" in his treatment of Michael Jackson the day he died ... this according to documents obtained by TMZ.

Prosecutors filed the document because they want to shoot down the defense theory that MJ may have orally ingested the fatal dose of Propofol.

According to Dr. Steven Shafer, "There is a zero possibility that the propofol was orally ingested."

Dr. Shafer believes, "There is almost nothing in Murray's care of Michael Jackson that reflected the actions of a trained physician."

Judge Michael Pastor has not ruled on whether Dr. Shafer is qualified to testify about the oral ingestion of Propofol.

But the Parents Television Council is LIVID -- claiming, "We have a serious problem when a network formerly known as The Learning Channel features a toddler,
who probably hasn't even learned to read, dressed as a prostitute

Taylor Armstrong L.A. Coroner -- We Don't Believe Russell Was Murdered!

Taylor Armstrong and the L.A. County Coroner both agree -- Russell Armstrong's death does NOT appear to be the result of a murder.

The L.A. County Coroner's Office released Russell's toxicology results moments ago -- and Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter insists, all evidence surrounding Russell's death points to a tragic suicide.

Winter also tells TMZ, he has just advised Taylor of the results and the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star concurs ... it appears her husband killed himself.

But as we previously reported, Russell's family disagrees, insisting someone else is responsible for his death -- and they're even putting a private investigator on the case.

According to the toxicology results, neither alcohol nor drugs were found in Russell's system at the time of his death.

The L.A. County Coroner released Russell's official cause of death last month -- suicide by hanging.

Lauren Conrad is sooooooooooo over the Hollywood pad where she lived on "The Hills" -- and now you can own her leftovers for a cool $2.25 MILLION.

LC has listed her 3,009 square foot Spanish-style home -- which boasts 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, a pool, hardwood floors, a breakfast bar ... and a detached guest house where fellow "Hills" castmate Audrina Patridge used to live.

Seems Lauren will take a hit on the sale -- considering she bought the place in 2008 for $2.36 million.

Rachel Uchitel Hires Oksana's Lawyers Over 9/11 Story

TMZ has learned ... Rachel Uchitel has hired Daniel Horowitz and Marty Garbus -- the attorneys who represented Oksana Grigorieva in her epic custody battle against Mel Gibson -- to go after the New York Post over a story insinuating she was happy her fiance died during 9/11.

TMZ has obtained a demand letter Horowitz sent to the New York Post, which ran a teaser for an upcoming article about Rachel and her deceased fiance, James Andrew O'Grady, who died during the 9/11 attack.

The teaser includes alleged statements from Rachel -- "I believe Andy was meant to die because he was too good," adding, "It would have been tragic if we got into fights and then divorced ... I'm glad I didn't get to see any flaws that time brings on everyone.  I would otherwise be a fat housewife with three kids living in Sands Port, Long Island."

In his letter, Horowitz claims the story conveys "a disastrously false impression of my client," adding the story is "attacking, degrading and extraordinarily inaccurate." 

Rachel tells TMZ she feels she's the victim of a hit piece and the reporter went into it not liking her.

Horowitz also has words for the author:  "You created a work of miserable and demeaning fiction.  You should be ashamed of yourself."

Horowitz wants an apology to Rachel, and wants the "false words" withdrawn, although he is not specific as to how they would be withdrawn. The full story is supposed to come out tomorrow.

We called the New York Post yesterday, and a rep said "We stand by our story."
