DJ Qualls -- Vancouver PD Beat Me Up for No Reason!

DJ Qualls posted dozens of messages to his Twitter page early this morning, detailing what he says was an unwarranted beat down he took from a Vancouver police officer.
Qualls -- best known for his roles in "Road Trip" and "Memphis Beat" -- says he witness a fight in the street and tried to ID one of the attackers to a police officer, but that officer immediately turned on him and threatened to arrest him. He claims the officer tackled him to the ground, busted his face, handcuffed him and "Taunted me for 1/2hr b4 the ambulance came. I was held, no calls, no
attorney. AND I had to pay an $800 ER bill. Free healthcare, Canada?"
Qualls, who ID'd the officer by name, said he plans on taking the matter up with internal affairs and wants to be reimbursed for his hospital bills.
Calls to Vancouver PD were not returned.
A rep for the Vancouver PD tells TMZ they are "not aware of the incident" or "who Mr Qualls is." The rep went on to say they encourage anyone who feels like they have a complaint against the department to file a report, but would not comment any further.

'16 and Pregnant Couple': We Cleaned Up Our Act

Joshua and Ebony Rendon -- the couple from "16 and Pregnant" that had their child taken away after authorities found their house was covered in feces and garbage -- have done some Fall cleaning and now want their kid back.
TMZ broke the story ... children's services officials went to the house earlier this week after someone complained about the living conditions. The couple was arrested and charged with child endangerment.
Joshua -- who is in the military -- faces discipline which could result in discharge.

Here's how it went down tonight ... Justin took Selena to the Demi Lovato concert at neighboring Nokia Theater. He then said, "Come with me" -- and took her underground to Staples Center to watch the biggest shipwreck of all time.
And if you don't hate him enough already -- Justin didn't have to pay a penny for Staples. We're told since he sold out the venue three times, and it was empty tonight ... they gave him the entire arena for free.

Vivid honcho Steve Hirsch tells us, "We were offered $20 million for the Kim tape but have decided that we
are going to hang on to it ... for now."
He adds, "Although the offer that we
ultimately received was substantial, when I realized that it wasn’t Kim

January Jones Birth Certificate -- I STILL Won't Name the FATHER!

The January Jones baby daddy mystery continues ... because the actress left a big, fat BLANK SPOT on her son's birth certificate in the space where she's supposed to name the father.
TMZ obtained the document, filed Friday with the L.A. County Dept. of Public Health, which shows January's son, Xander Dane Jones, was born on Sept. 13, 2011.
Several famous studs have been rumored to be the father -- including "SNL" star Jason Sudeikis, super chef Bobby Flay, "X-Men" director Matthew Vaughn ... and "Seeking Justice" co-star Xander Berkeley.
So far, mom continues to remain mum.

DJ Qualls -- Vancouver Police Run-in Caught on Tape [VIDEO]

DJ Qualls screamed at a police officer after he was allegedly roughed up by the cop in Vancouver early this morning ... all while handcuffed and sitting on the sidewalk in front of a crowd of people.
TMZ has obtained video of Qualls after the alleged altercation went down, but while he was still in custody.
Qualls can be seen arguing with the officer frequently and eventually turned to the guy with the camera to explain his side of the story.
Qualls was eventually released without being arrested.
The Vancouver PD tells TMZ they have not received a complaint from Qualls yet, but have decided to "proactively" initiate their own investigation. They've reached out to him on Twitter as well.
