The ex-boyfriend of Justin Bieber's alleged baby mama has no doubt ... he's the daddy of the baby she claims Justin fathered ... and he wants to take a DNA test to prove it.

TMZ broke the story that Mariah Yeater sent text messages to a friend ... fingering her ex, Robbie Powell, as the baby daddy.

Sources close to Powell tell TMZ ... he's making his move because he's tired of Yeater using the kid for media attention.

Our sources say Robbie has been telling friends ... Mariah told him the whole Bieber story was BS. We're told Robbie believes she did it for the money because she's desperate for cash.

According to our sources, Powell has been approached by several media outlets to tell his story and he's reviewing his options. 

We've reached out to Mariah's lawyer. No word back.

The wrinkled, arthritic fists were flying at an event for the Canadian Football League this weekend -- when two 73-year-old former players ATTACKED each other ... and it was all caught on tape.

Long story short -- former NFL quarterback Joe Kapp (who also played in the CFL) came face to face with former CFL enemy Angelo Mosca during a luncheon for the Grey Cup (the Canadian version of the Super Bowl).

Kapp shoved a flower in Angelo's face ... Angelo swung his cane ... and then Kapp fired off a NASTY right cross. Boom. Old man goes down.

According to reports, these two have hated each other since 1963 ... when Mosca threw a cheap shot at one of Kapp's teammates.

Revenge is a dish best served cold .... really cold ... with a side of prunes.

The "Leather Meets Lace" party at the Playboy Mansion has triggered a lawsuit, filed by men who allegedly had to pay for admission while "gorgeous ladies" did not.

Steve Frye is suing on behalf of all men who paid $1,000 to get into the shindig.  In his lawsuit, Frye claims he was fried when he learned "gorgeous ladies" got in free.

Frye claims the double standard is sex discrimination, pure and simple.  He also says offering these women free admission "promotes harmful, negative stereotypes."

He's suing for unspecified damages ... and a life.

Tobey Maguire is buying his way out of that high-stakes poker lawsuit -- agreeing to fork over $80,000 ... this according to new court docs.

As we previously reported, Tobey was one of 22 people sued this summer for taking Ponzi schemer Bradley Ruderman to the cleaners ... in multiple underground poker games back in 2007 and 2008.

Ruderman was arrested soon after for bilking boatloads of money from his clients.  In a grand showing of chutzpah ... Ruderman filed for bankruptcy and the bankruptcy trustees turned around and sued Maguire, Nick Cassavetes and others, trying to recoup Ruderman's gambling losses in an effort to pay his Ponzi victims back.

It sounded like a bogus bunch of lawsuits, but  according to TheHollywoodReporter, Tobey folded by paying $80 grand.  Still not bad, considering the actor burned Ruderman for more than $300,000 at the tables.

The former child prostitute who claims she was raped by Lawrence Taylor is suing the former NFL star for assault and battery ... claiming she "repeatedly tried to push Taylor off of her" during their 2010 encounter  .... but he forced himself inside of her anyway.

Gloria Allred and her client Cristina Fierro -- now 18 years old -- spoke today during a news conference in NYC, announcing Fierro had filed the lawsuit ... in which she is demanding unspecified damages.

Fierro claims Taylor had sex with her -- despite several visible wounds left behind by her pimp, who allegedly beat her into a bloody pulp before ordering her to have sex with the NFL star.

Taylor was sentenced to 6 months probation this year after pleading guilty to sexual misconduct and patronizing an underage prostitute.

Attempts to reach Taylor were unsuccessful.

The lawyer for Justin Bieber's alleged baby mama Mariah Yeater is now taking aim at the girl's ex-BF -- telling TMZ, he's guilty of the same thing he accused Mariah of ... exploiting her child for media attention.

As we first reported, Mariah's ex Robbie Powell claims he's positive he's the real father of her child -- not Justin Bieber -- and he's willing to cough up the DNA sample to prove it ... because he's tired of Yeater using the kid for publicity.

But Mariah's lawyer Jeffrey Leving says Robbie's just playing into the media mayhem surrounding the story -- telling us, "If Robbie Powell 'actually' believes and claims he is the father, I suggest he contact me directly. Litigating this case in the media and bypassing Mariah's legal team only perpetuates the three-ring circus and accomplishes nothing as I see it."

As for Powell ... the baby daddy drama has already raised his street value -- because he's already been approached by several media outlets to tell his side of the story ... and he's entertaining multiple offers.

The LAPD wants a face-to-face meeting with Travis Barker -- hoping to find out why the rocker has accused an officer of crossing the line during a routine traffic stop this weekend ... TMZ has learned.

Barker was pulled over Sunday after an officer noticed the drummer's car had no license plate and illegally tinted windows. Cops confirm Barker was issued a "fix-it" ticket and sent on his way.

But after the incident, Barker BLASTED the cop on Twitter -- saying, "Officer FARD of LAPD, get a life man. Find some bank robbers or do
something productive 2 do with your time. I know high school was hard 4 u."

Barker continued, ""Pullin me over interrogating me & acting like u did over tinted
windows till u scared the piss out my kids was uncalled 4.Job well done
man."

He also claims the officer "had the nerve" to ask if he had guns in the car.

Now, TMZ has learned ... Sgt. Riggs of the Topanga Station tells TMZ, "I'd like to invite Travis to speak with me about the incident ... and possibly discuss the situation with the officers involved."

A rep for Barker tells TMZ, "We are handling this privately with the LAPD."

Gay people aren't the only ones who need to learn how to laugh at themselves -- T.I. tells TMZ Live ... the black community is also guilty of being overly sensitive when it comes to jokes.

T.I. called in, standing by what he said in the recent Vibe interview ... that gay people who try to stifle arguably homophobic jokes simply because they're offensive are "not American."

And T.I. insists ... the argument doesn't just apply to gay people -- it applies to anyone who can't take a joke, black people included.

But there's one exception ... the n-word. Then all bets are off.

The LAPD wants a face-to-face meeting with Travis Barker -- hoping to find out why the rocker has accused an officer of crossing the line during a routine traffic stop this weekend ... TMZ has learned.

Barker was pulled over Sunday after an officer noticed the drummer's car had no license plate and illegally tinted windows. Cops confirm Barker was issued a "fix-it" ticket and sent on his way.

But after the incident, Barker BLASTED the cop on Twitter -- saying, "Officer FARD of LAPD, get a life man. Find some bank robbers or do
something productive 2 do with your time. I know high school was hard 4 u."

Barker continued, ""Pullin me over interrogating me & acting like u did over tinted
windows till u scared the piss out my kids was uncalled 4.Job well done
man."

He also claims the officer "had the nerve" to ask if he had guns in the car.

Now, TMZ has learned ... Sgt. Riggs of the Topanga Station tells TMZ, "I'd like to invite Travis to speak with me about the incident ... and possibly discuss the situation with the officers involved."

A rep for Barker tells TMZ, "We are handling this privately with the LAPD."

Michelle Parker Mystery -- Ex-Fiance 'Primary Suspect' In 'People's Court' Missing Person Case

The ex-fiance of a woman who appeared on "The People's Court" has been named the primary suspect in her disappearance.

Orlando Police Chief Paul Rooney just announced Dale Smith is the target of the investigation.  Smith appeared with Michelle Parker on the show, arguing over the engagement ring.

Chief Rooney says Smith refused to take a polygraph test.




Parker's mother, Yvonne Stewart, made a plea during the news conference:  "If you could have avoided this Dale, if you had cooperated with the police and took a polygraph test when they asked you, you could have avoided a lot of stress ... We're not going to stop until we find out who did this."

Smith has been missing since November 17, the day the show aired.

Dr. Conrad Murray's Mom Begs Judge for Mercy

Dr. Conrad Murray's mother says she's "suffering" from overwhelming sadness because her only son is incarcerated -- and has begged the judge to go easy on the Doc when it comes to his sentence.

Mrs. Milta Rush sent a letter to Judge Pastor -- explaining why Murray deserves mercy ... because he's a good person who has "never drank alcohol, took drugs or smoked cigarettes in his life."

Milta explains, "He has never been in trouble with the law before and I am barely standing, scared and worried sick about him being incarcerated."

"He is saddened and remorseful about the death of his friend Michael Jackson and I do believe he is certainly learning the toughest lesson of his life."

Milta continues, "I sympathize with Mrs. Jackson as a mother; I feel her pain for having lost her son. I sense she was very close to her son. I really wanted to approach her personally and tell her I am sorry for the loss of her son but I was unsure if she would be receptive, and I did not want to take the chance of violating the courts rules. I am sorry for her loss."

"Judge Pastor, Conrad, is my son and as a mother I must say I know him inside out. He is sorry for what happened to Michael and had no intent towards him."

"I humbly beg for your heart felt  consideration of everything I have said about Conrad, and ask for your compassion and leniency in giving him probation or community service."

Dr. Murray's sentencing hearing is scheduled for tomorrow.

Cops were called to Samantha Ronson's house Monday night after someone broke into her garage.

We're told the 911 call came in just before 7 PM.  Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the burglars didn't make it inside Sam's house. 

It's unclear what -- if anything -- was taken.

As you probably know, Sam lives right next to Lindsay in Venice, CA.

Hannukah came early for a bunch of Jews in Irvine, CA tonight -- when Kobe Bryant rolled up to the local Jewish Community Center and asked if he could borrow the basketball court for a hardcore private training session ... TMZ has learned.

Yentas at the JCC tell us ... the honchos at the center were more than happy to let Kobe use the facility -- and the Black Mamba couldn't have been nicer.

Kobe and a trainer proceeded to work on shooting drills and cardio training while a gang of the chosen people looked on in amazement.

We're told the training session went on for more than an hour -- and Kobe looked as sharp as ever.

Of course, the NBA lockout is just about over -- but players aren't expected to rejoin their teams for a few days ... so it seems Kobe is simply trying to get ahead of the game.

Kobe ain't the first NBA superstar to play with the 'Brews -- just last month LeBron James filled in a for a league team at a JCC in Ohio ... and DOMINATED.
