Court Shoots Down Octo-Doc's Plea to Return Medical License

Octomom's doctor begged the court to temporarily return his medical license -- because he says he's "barely surviving" -- but a judge shot down his plea.

Dr. Michael Kamrava's license was revoked by the Medical Board of California on July 1, 2011 -- and earlier this week he filed documents asking the court to grant a stay of that revocation while he appeals the Board's decision.

In his filing, Kamrava says his "complete lack of income has resulted in my wife and I not being able to pay our bills and we are barely surviving." Kamrava goes on to say he will have to file for bankruptcy.

The court was not moved -- Kamrava's request was immediately denied.

Prince Frederic von Anhalt -- Hit by a Car in Beverly Hills

A rep for the Prince tells TMZ ... Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband was walking near the busy intersection of Camden Drive and Brighton Way (below) ... when the car hit him.

The rep believes Anhalt may have a broken leg.

Now, TMZ has learned the court ruled in favor of the EHFF -- and has ordered Corey to fork over $8,149 for the show fee, legal costs and interest.

McDaniels just sold his 5,685 sqft Greenwood Village mansion for $1.95 mil ... HORRIBLE for Josh considering he bought the place for $2.5 mil back in 2009 just after he reportedly signed a 4-year, $8 mil contract with the Broncos.

Don't feel too bad for McDaniels -- he got a new gig as an offensive coordinator for the St. Louis Rams ... and according to TMZ's resident football expert, they'll probably be better than the Broncos this year.

Prince's Perfume Deal Costs Him Nearly $4 Mil

A deal Prince made to promote his own perfume is going to leave the diminutive singer nearly $4 million in the purple red ... after a quasi-judge concluded he should fork over millions of bucks for causing the deal to go south.

Revelations Perfume and Cosmetics sued Prince over the "3121" odor in 2008 ... claiming he never lived up to his end of the deal -- to promote the scent.

The New York court ruled in favor of Revelations and a "special referee" -- assigned to make recommendations to the judge on the issue of damages -- has now advised the real judge that Prince should fork over $3,948,798.58.

The judge will decide on Nov. 1 if he'll accept the referee's recommendation and nail Prince for nearly $4 mil.

AZ GOP Auctions Ringer for Gun Used to Shoot their Congresswoman

So far ... this wins craziest story of the weekend ....The Republican Party in Pima County, AZ is raffling off a gun almost identical to the one used to shoot the Congresswoman in that very same county ... Gabrielle Giffords.

The online newsletter (see below) went out last Friday and features on page 3 a chance to win "a Glock 23 .40 handgun for just 10 bucks." But hang on -- if your name is drawn, you don't just win the gun ... you get "three 12-round magazines, adjustable grips, and a case."

A Glock 19 handgun was allegedly used by Jared Loughner in an attack on January 8, 2011 that injured 13 (including Rep. Giffords) and killed six.

Michael McNulty, Giffords' campaign manager, told the Arizona Republic he was "struggling for the words to describe my reaction" to the raffle.

The interim chairman of the Pima County GOP told the paper he was surprised at the reaction, saying Rep. Giffords owned a Glock herself and was an outspoken supporter of the Second Amendment. He explained, "That Glock is no more responsible for those deaths and the
congresswoman's injuries than a Number 2 pencil is responsible for
cheating on a test."

Translation -- guns don't kill people, people kill people.

Real translation -- This guy doesn't have a clue.

Ray J Wants Another Piece of Kim K

Ray J thinks it's a fabulous idea for Vivid Entertainment to sell the rights to "Kim K Superstar" ... so long as he gets a big piece of the action.

TMZ broke the story ... an undisclosed private party has offered to buy all rights to the XXX flick from Vivid honcho Steve Hirsch -- which he told TMZ is worth at least $30 million. The buyer indicated he (though we're guessing it's a she) wanted to take the video off the market.

TMZ has obtained a letter from Ray J's lawyer to Hirsch, in which the attorney makes it clear ... Ray J has partial copyright ownership in the video and "any attempts to transfer the copyright outside of these parameters will result in filing a motion with the courts to seen an injunction of any sale until Ray J's rights are protected." Translation -- he wants some serious cash.

The letter also says the video has been a pain in the ass for Ray J: "... my client rarely has a conversation with industry professionals where the Tape has not been mentioned or questioned ... no amount of money can relieve him from this nightmare." The lawyer didn't mention how much money Ray J has already made from the video.

As for Kim's financial interest in the tape ... no one is talking, but the video has made untold millions, and Kim is a smart businesswoman. We're just sayin'...
