Pretty ironic -- Gene Simmons, who called Michael Jackson a hard-core pedophile, will perform at the MJ Tribute Concert.
Katherine Jackson was on CNN this AM, talking about the concert, when promoters revealed that KISS would be performing.
Yet Gene Simmons went on record last year -- mind you, a year after MJ died -- saying, "There is no question in my mind he molested those kids. Not a doubt."
Simmons went on to say, "The only sexual references ever made about Michael Jackson that were made by anyone, anywhere around the world, have always been made by kids, and specifically males usually 10 to 14 years of age; never females, that age or older, and never grown men."

Christy Martin -- I'm Never Fighting in California Again!

Christy Martin vows she will never fight in California again, because the California State Athletic Commission just refused to overturn what she called a sexist decision in her last fight.
The commission met moments ago in L.A. and heard testimony about the referee's decision to stop Christy's June fight against Dakota Stone, after the fight doctor determined Christy's hand was too injured to keep fighting. Christy's lawyer, Gloria Allred, had argued the ref would never have stopped the fight if men were in the ring.
The commission refused to overturn the decision -- so Christy now swears ... she will NEVER fight in California ever again.
Gloria -- who called the decision an "outrage" -- isn't giving up either, claiming she will continue to explore Christy's options.
Adam Carolla -- Gay Rights Group PISSED Over Anti-LGBT Tirade

Adam Carolla went on a SHOCKING anti-LGBT tirade last week, asking, "When did we start giving a sh*t about these [transgender] people?" -- and now GLAAD is doing everything they can to yank him from the podcast-universe.
Adam recorded the rant as part of his podcast for "The Adam Carolla Show" -- insisting LGBT people should drop the acronym LGBT and start using "YUCK" instead.
And now, the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation is reaching out to its allies in the entertainment industry to pull him from the air -- telling TMZ, “The gross intolerance that [Adam] tries to pass off as comedy should not have a place on our airwaves.”
Adam has a history of making anti-gay remarks on his podcast -- two years ago, Adam also claimed gay parents were "not as good as" straight parents.
Adam had no comment.

Shaquille O'Neal to Accuser -- You're Too Late to Sue Me

Shaquille O'Neal wants the court to toss out a lawsuit accusing him of masterminding kidnap and murder plots because the accuser -- Robert Ross -- filed his lawsuit too late.Shaq's attorneys filed a motion to dismiss today in Federal Court. TMZ obtained the documents in which Shaq denies the allegations made by Ross -- a former gang member -- and says, "if this case ever proceeded ... Plaintiff would be further exposed for the perjurer that he is."
The motion also states that the longest statute of limitations -- 3 years -- had long expired by the time Ross filed his lawsuit last month.
If the motion is granted, it would be the second legal blow to Ross. Last week, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office dropped a criminal case because it lost confidence in Ross as a reliable witness ... when he admitted he lied about having a sex tape of Shaq.
Ross' attorney Mark Overland tells TMZ, "We are not affected by what happened in the criminal case and we are moving forward."
