Chad Muska -- a pro skater featured in the "Tony Hawk" video games -- has been charged with misdemeanor vandalism, stemming from an n-word-hurling arrest last month in Hollywood -- when he allegedly spray painted his name on an L.A. coffee shop ... and the El Capitan Theatre.
The pro skateboarder has since apologized for the outburst -- which was caught on tape -- but now faces up to a year in jail for the vandalism charge.
Chad's case is due in court later today.
