HUGE Development In West Memphis 3 Case

Two members of the West Memphis 3 will be released from an Arkansas prison after "admitting guilt" in the deaths of 3 Boy Scouts back in 1993 ... this according to local reports.

The WM3 -- comprised of Damien Echols, Jessie Misskelley and Jason Baldwin -- were each sentenced to life in prison for the killings of Stevie Branch, Michael Moore, and Christopher Byers -- whose mutilated bodies were found in a wooded area in West Memphis, Arkansas in May 1993.

For years, Echols, Misskelley and Baldwin have claimed they were 100% innocent of any crime -- and their plight caught the attention of HUGE Hollywood stars like Johnny Depp and Winona Ryder ... who rallied for their release from prison.

There have been several documentaries made about the case ... most of which suggest the men may not have committed the murders.

But now, according to WREG-TV, two of the men -- one of whom is reported to be Echols -- have apparently changed their tune in exchange for their release from prison ... though it's unclear when the men will be released.

It's also unclear WHY the men would be released if they're confessing to such a heinous crime.

2:52 PM: TMZ spoke with a rep for John Mark Byers -- a step-father of one of the victims who was also portrayed as a suspect in the documentary, "Paradise Lost."

The rep tells us John will "definitely" be in court tomorrow -- but calls the situation a "double-edged sword" because "even though they should never have been arrested, a murderer is getting the last laugh."

Naked Cowgirl BUSTED in New York City for Taking Photos for Cash

The woman who claims to hold the coveted title of original Naked Cowgirl -- was busted last night for snapping photos with NYC tourists ... and allegedly charging cash for them.

The bikini wearing, guitar strumming Naked Cowgirl -- real name Louisa Holmlund -- was doing her thing ... posing for photos with tourists in Times Square. But according to law enforcement sources she was also charging money for the pics ... without a valid license to do so.

We're told Holmlund was arrested, jailed, and released sometime today.

Don't worry NYC ... Louisa is undeterred. This evening on Facebook she said, "I still have my pasties on and who cares about a little jail smell right? Let's get f**king naked ;)"

Indeed.

Petra Ecclestone -- Get Candy's Stuff Out of My Mansion!

Petra Ecclestone is purging her $85 million mega-mansion of everything reminiscent of Candy Spelling ... from the expensive chandeliers to fireplaces and even wall lights ... TMZ has learned.

Ecclestone recently invited 4 major antique dealers to check out the 57,000 square foot Holmby Hills mansion and bid on anything they could move out of the place.

Sources closes to the situation tell TMZ ... Petra was NOT a fan of the way the home looked when Candy was living there ... and now she's on a mission to rid the place of everything from the Spelling era so she can start over from scratch.

One of the dealers invited in to the antique event was Jan's & Co. Fine French Antiques -- which picked up several Baccarat crystal chandeliers, a 19th century Edwardian style marble fireplace, the set of 4 French Louis XV style gilt-bronze wall lights from the dining room ... and more.

In total, we're told Jan's walked away with close to $1,000,000 in goods.
