Vanessa Hudgens Slams Ex-Producer: I Want My $38,000!

It's been a year since Vanessa Hudgens won a devastating legal battle against her ex-producer -- but the actress claims she still hasn't gotten the $38,000 she's owed ... and now, she's out for retribution.

Vanessa filed legal docs on Wednesday, asking a judge to enforce the judgment she won last year against a guy named Johnny Vieira -- who entered into a production agreement with Hudgens back in 2005 to help launch her career.

Vanessa sued Johnny back in 2009, claiming they had severed their professional relationship in 2006 -- but Johnny was still using her image to promote his business.

A judge awarded Vanessa $29,500 in damages last year, plus attorney's fees and costs totaling $9,314.62 -- but the actress claims she hasn't seen a dime.

She wants a judge to drag Johnny to court asap ... and force him to pay up.

Michael Jackson -- Former Manager Says Propofol Use Began in 1999

Michael Jackson took Propofol as early as 1999, a former manager claims in a new book -- and says Jackson was late to his 30th anniversary concerts because he was drugged up. 

Frank Cascio, a former personal assistant to Jackson who eventually became his close friend and manager, writes that he first noticed Jackson taking Demerol in 1993 during his "Dangerous" tour. He says Jackson was first introduced to the drug in 1984, after Jackson burned his head during a Pepsi commercial shoot. 

In the book, an advanced copy of which was obtained by the AP, Cascio claims Jackson took Propofol in 1999 after a stage accident in Munich.

Cascio says he spoke to Jackson's siblings about his drug use in 2001 and they tried to approach Jackson about it -- but MJ "simply pushed them away."

Writing about Jackson's death, Cascio says Michael "died in his endless quest to attain some inner peace."

According to MWP, the players don't hate His Airness ... they just feel like, "he didn't support us when we most needed him."

The wife of one of the Marines in attendance snapped this pic of JT inside and sent it to WTVR. She said Justin seemed like a normal guy and posed for pics with several guests.

JT famously agreed to go after Cpl. De Santis invited him via YouTube.

Terrell Owens -- Takes $56k Hit in Dallas Real Estate Deal

Terrell Owens just got his ass kicked in a real estate deal -- taking a $56k loss on a condo in Dallas ... TMZ has learned.

According to public documents, Owens paid $340,000 for the 2,600 square foot place back in 2006, right after he signed a $25 million contract with the Cowboys.

Owens no longer works in Dallas ... and probably won't ever work in Dallas again ... so he put the place up for sale.

Problem is, the real estate market still sucks ... and T.O. had to settle for $283,447 when he sold the place earlier this year ... a loss to the tune of $56,513.

It's just another hit for Owens, who's been trying to get his child support payments lowered since he has no NFL job and claims he makes absolutely no money.
